Liam Calvin Jones was born!!

I know that the picture is not all that amazing with all the tape and wires but after the emergency cesarean because of Liam's left hand stuck above his head, and he should only be in the nursery overnight to watch his O2 level, I think it is just fine for a look for his first picture.
Everyone is healthy and doing well and tomorrow will be a fun filled day of the kiddos and I driving up to see Mommy and Liam, which I'm not sure exactly how the different kids will think about their new brother and sharing Mommy and Daddy's time with but should be exciting.
The Nurse put the hat (over which has some red hair) on him to try to hold the oxygen where it needed to be held but Liam really wanted to try and breathe without it's help and come see Rachel and me, so the nurse added a little tape to hold it in place. Which he pulled off again when they wheeled Rachel in her bed down to see him after she was comfortable (well as comfortable as one could be after having a cesarean, which I will never fulling understand)
I will update the blog again tomorrow with nicer looking pictures of the 4th addition to the our family

Baby Liam is a BEAUTIFUL baby, just perfect. So glad you posted, Nick (even with your typos, etc.). Give our congratulations to Rachel and try to get pictures of the whole family together today ... should be quite the event! We'll continue to pray for Liam and Rachel.

I'm glad they knew his arm was over his head, my friends little boy was like that and nobody knew until he came out!
